1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MindFifth website (mindfifth.com), our fantasy cricket platform CricFuntasy, and any other products or services operated by MindFifth (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MindFifth.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in online fantasy sports is permitted by applicable law.
• You may not use our Services if you have previously been suspended or removed from the platform.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of MindFifth are not eligible to participate in paid fantasy contests.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Fantasy Cricket — Nature of the Platform

CricFuntasy is a skill-based fantasy sports platform. Contests are determined by the statistical performance of real cricket players in real matches, as measured by our published scoring system. This is a game of skill — the outcome depends on your knowledge, analysis, and judgment, not on chance.

Important disclaimers regarding fantasy cricket:

• Past performance of players does not guarantee future fantasy scores. Cricket is an unpredictable sport and outcomes can be affected by weather, injuries, pitch conditions, and other factors outside our control.
• We do not guarantee any specific results or returns from participating in fantasy contests.
• Entry fees paid to contests are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in Section 7 (Contest Cancellations).
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from fantasy contest participation. Participate responsibly.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. When you do, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at agnirudra@mindfifth.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account with any other person or allow others to use your account.
• Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

5. Scoring and Results

Fantasy scores are calculated based on our published scoring rules, which are available in full on the platform. Our scoring engine processes live match events and applies points according to those rules. We reserve the right to correct scoring errors if they are identified after results are posted.

If you believe there is an error in your score, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the match result being posted. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. All scoring decisions made by MindFifth after review are final.

6. Prizes and Withdrawals

Prize amounts are stated in the contest details before you enter. Prize distributions are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. To claim prizes, you may be required to complete identity verification in compliance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to withhold prizes pending verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or suspected violation of these Terms. Taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Contest Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule contests in the following circumstances:

• The underlying cricket match is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered (e.g., reduced to fewer than the minimum overs required by contest rules).
• A technical failure on our platform prevents fair contest operation.
• We determine that the contest integrity has been compromised.

In cases of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded to eligible participants. We are not responsible for any consequential loss resulting from a cancellation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to create teams, enter contests, or interact with the platform.
• Collude with other users to manipulate contest outcomes.
• Use insider information (e.g., undisclosed team selections) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Create or operate multiple accounts to circumvent contest rules or limits.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software, and materials on MindFifth and CricFuntasy are the exclusive property of MindFifth or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.

By submitting any content to us (feedback, suggestions, comments), you grant MindFifth a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that content into our products without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Live score data will be accurate or available in real time at all times.
• Any specific outcome or return from fantasy contest participation.

Astrological and spiritual content on MindFifth platforms is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. MindFifth makes no claims about the accuracy or predictive value of any astrological content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MindFifth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services — including but not limited to financial losses from fantasy contest participation, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to MindFifth in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice to registered users. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
